    We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is faulty, incorrectly described, or you received the wrong item. Please review product specifications carefully before purchasing.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
    • All included accessories must be returned (charger, cable, SIM tool, etc.)
    • Devices must be factory reset before return for your privacy
    • Items with physical damage beyond normal use may incur a restocking fee

    Refund Information

    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.

    Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.

    Faulty products: If your device is faulty within the warranty period, we'll cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
